Norm creative and feminist urban planning generates great interest, but how does it work during practice? How do we design a more inclusive, gender equal and attractive city for all? Rebecca Rubin and Viktoria Walldin are working with these questions in order to create democratic future cities without discrimination. Rebecca is an urban planner and architect SAR/MSA at White Arkitekter. She is currently working as lead architect in projects related to norm creative design and co-creation, using her 10 years’ experience of developing strategies for socially sustainable urban growth, focusing on equity and inclusive design. Viktoria Walldin is a social anthropologist and Head of Social Sustainability at White Arkitekter. Since 2009, she has built a unique interdisciplinary team that works nationally and internationally with social urban analysis, dialogue and democracy and environmental psychologically. The team is committed to equality and social wellbeing and are driven to elevate issues of diversity, culture and integration. Young women's prerequisites in the urban environment is a momentum for the team and by tight collaboration with architects the analyzes becomes architecture and design.

Gather 2018 takes place in Stockholm, September 13–15 and will include 50+ speakers, performances from all around the world, music at several venues and Innovation labs solving actual business challenges.
